Sometimes we reach a point in our lives where we need to talk to somebody other than friends and family. Taking the step to seek professional help can feel daunting.
Perhaps you are feeling sad and not really knowing why. You may have suffered a loss, there may be family issues or you have a generalised anxiety disorder and are feeling frightened by how you feel. You feel you need to talk to someone, but don’t know where to turn.

During the current COVID-19 situation I am offering counselling online using Zoom or Skype, FaceTime and telephone, and face-to-face walk/talk outdoor therapy.

I am offering outdoor walk/talk therapy, online counselling using Zoom, Skype or FaceTime and telephone counselling.
Situated about 1 mile from Oxted town centre my Oxted practice is easily accessible from surrounding towns such as Caterham, Redhill, Edenbridge, Lingfield, Westerham – and the M25 J6.
Just a 15 minute walk from Sevenoaks station and the town centre, my Sevenoaks practice is also convenient for nearby towns such as Tonbridge, Orpington, Otford, Borough Green – and the M25 J5.
