Psychotherapy and Counselling in Oxted and Sevenoaks

A Safe Confidential Space for You to Talk

Sometimes we reach a point in our lives where we need to talk to somebody other than friends and family.  Taking the step to seek professional help can feel daunting.

Perhaps you are feeling sad and not really knowing why.  You may have suffered a loss, there may be family issues or you have a generalised anxiety disorder and are feeling frightened by how you feel.  You feel you need to talk to someone, but don’t know where to turn.

Counselling and therapy for individuals and couples can offer a unique opportunity to talk freely about your problems with a professional who offers empathy and a non-judgemental space.  We will work together to understand and make sense of what is troubling you and the changes you would like to make in your life.

During the current COVID-19 situation I am offering counselling online using Zoom or Skype, FaceTime and telephone, and face-to-face walk/talk outdoor therapy.

I am Tara Longworth a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor and a Registered Member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy).

I have extensive experience of helping people with a range of psychological and emotional issues.
